  The cost for each person is $40.00 for conference delegates (and $45.00 for others).
  The dinner will include a discussion, lead by Dr Philip Mead, on the value of Peacock's poetry, and whether it be worth preserving. Local jazz singer, Zoë Buckley, will sing some of Peacock's songs (with music by Informal).

  The dinner will feature this menu (with vegetarian alternatives, where appropriate):

           Entrées:-
        Leek and Potato Soup;
        Chicken Caesar Salad.

           Main Courses:-
        Fish of the Day;
        Deluxe Roast Beef.

           Desserts:-
        Berry Heaven;
        Frangelico Cheesecake.
